Ready to Go Back

Okay, I took a break from school because of foot surgery that I have to get done. So, I decided to take a break from school cause I don't want to be hobbling around campus on crutches. Now, I think I'm ready to go back and continue my education. Question now is what am I going to study. Should I try the medical field, which I was supposed to study in the first place? I already have a degree in mass comm and also working in the business.
