Being Healthy
After a year of being lazy and eating whatever I want, I need to focus on eating healthy and getting to the gym. I started running/walking in the afternoon everyday five to six days a week. I started running/walking one mile and eventually doing two miles now. My routine now is different from about a year ago. I now go to the gym 2 times a week and those two days, I do about 4 miles a day; the other days, I just run 2 miles at the park late afternoon cause no time to go to the gym but basically doing some kind of activities all week. I'm also trying to eat rice once a day instead of my usual 2-3 times a day. Eating more veggies and fruits, and smoothies. Trying to eat more fiber so I wont get hungry easily plus staying away from candies, but if I do eat candies it has to be dark chocolate. I asked a friend of mine on what to eat to keep from getting hungry and stop the craving for sweets and junk food (she was junk food junkie but disciplined herself after skin cancer scare). Hopefully with all the activities and the foods that I'm eating, I can tone my body and go back to my weight from 2 years ago. Good luck to me!!1
